MEET THE TEAM
Full-time UX Designers
Joann Vogtmann
Team Director
Joann directed the creation of the UX Team and functions as the contact point and supervisor for all project work. She has a BA from Smith College, MBA from BYU, and a UX Master Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group. Joann has previously been a Project Manager and Corporate Trainer.
Mike Lindberg
UX/UI Designer
Mike has an MS from ASU in Graphic Information Tech emphasizing in UX/UI design & development. He enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Melinda Blackham
UX/UI Designer
Melinda has a BS in Digital Media from UVU and received her UX certification through the V school in Salt Lake City, UT.Student Designers and Technical Writers
Derek Norby
UX/UI Designer
Derek is double majoring in Industrial Design & Mandarin Chinese. He enjoys traveling to see new places and trying new experiences.Eli Staggs
UX/UI Designer
Eli is majoring in Urban Planning. He enjoys watching movies, performing with the BYU Men’s Chorus, playing guitar, and hopes to learn the banjo.Hale Croft
Technical Writer

Project Assistant
Josh is a Computer Science major with a secondary major in Spanish Studies. When he has a free moment, you’ll find him hammocking, camping, hiking, or doing something else in the wilderness.Samantha Windley
